How to Create a New Job

Transform your hiring process with Fabric’s AI-powered recruitment. This guide walks you through creating compelling job listings that attract top talent and streamline your screening process.

Quick Steps

Getting started with Fabric is straightforward. Navigate to your Fabric dashboard and select Create a New Job to begin setting up your interview process.

Step 1: Upload Job Description

Fabric makes it easy to get your job requirements into the system with two flexible options:

Option 1: File Upload

Upload your job description in multiple formats including PDF, DOC, or DOCX files directly.

Option 2: Copy and Paste

Copy your existing job description and paste it into the designated text field for quick setup.

Once submitted, Fabric’s AI processes your job description and automatically extracts essential details such as required qualifications, preferred skills, experience levels, and other relevant criteria.

Tip: A well-defined job description is the foundation for success. Clear, specific requirements help Fabric’s AI extract key details accurately, leading to better candidate matching.
